The Challenge
Building The Wiki Portal meant balancing two goals that usually compete: making knowledge sharing feel simple while still enforcing real product constraints like authentication, permissions, and paid access tiers. The hardest part was designing an experience where users can create and manage content quickly, without exposing the app to security and billing edge cases behind the scenes.
